Terms & Conditions

Tour Tobago ltd operates the Bago TT website and mobile app (the “Service”). By creating an account, browsing listings, making a booking or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

Using the Service

The Service lets you discover, browse and book tours, hotels, restaurants, shops, beauty services and other listings on the island of Tobago. Some features require you to register an account with accurate, current information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that happens under your account.

Listings and Owner Accounts

Business owners may register a listing on Bago TT and manage it through the Owner Portal. Owners are responsible for the accuracy of the information, pricing, availability and media they publish. Submitted listings and edits are reviewed by our team before they go live or are re-published, and we may edit, reject or remove a listing that violates these terms, contains inaccurate information, or is otherwise inappropriate.

Bookings and Orders

When you submit a booking or place an order through the Service, you are making a request to the relevant listing owner, who may accept, decline or propose changes. Prices, availability, cancellation and refund conditions are set by the individual listing owner and shown at the time of booking. Bago TT facilitates the connection between you and the owner but is not itself the provider of the underlying tour, stay, meal, product or service.

Payments

Where online payment is offered, payments are processed through third-party payment providers. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us (or our payment provider) to charge the applicable amount for the booking or order you place. Refunds, where applicable, are handled according to the cancellation policy shown for that listing at the time of booking.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, without limitation: submitting false or misleading listing or review content, attempting to access accounts or data that do not belong to you, uploading unlawful, harmful or infringing content, interfering with the normal operation of the Service, or using the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law.

Reviews and User Content

Any reviews, photos, messages or other content you submit through the Service must be your own, truthful, and must not infringe the rights of any third party. By submitting content, you grant Tour Tobago ltd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and distribute that content as part of operating the Service. We may remove content that violates these terms.

Intellectual Property

The Bago TT name, logo, app and website design, and underlying software are the property of Tour Tobago ltd or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos or brand assets without prior written permission.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or rely on third-party services (such as maps, payment processors or messaging providers). We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third-party site or service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listing information is always accurate or current.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tour Tobago ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, or from any tour, stay, meal, product or service booked through a listing owner via the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions or applicable law. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page, and continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Trinidad and Tobago, without regard to conflict of law principles.
